My blog has certainly been very quiet. A lot has been going on. My cousins' had their babies, Dad being in the hospital, getting back to violin lessons this past month, my Uncle Don's funeral, garden work, cleaning for my Dad's business week after week, (that takes up two three days out of the week).
That doesn't mean we haven't been doing some fun things too! We had our 4th Annual Tea Party, Nora's birthday party, Rebecca's birthday party, spending time with friends, organizing my room, going to do some sewing soon (maybe today), helping my cousin Leona after she had her baby Caroline, helping my cousin Jennifer with Nora and Adalynn when she's really busy.
Those kind of things occupy our time quite a bit. But I've been growing a lot in the LORD. Dad says sometimes its nice to look back and see where you've come from and where you are now. I look back a year ago and see how immature I was then. I'll probably say the same thing next year. I'm thankful that God is patient, loving, faithful, and merciful even when I'm not.
I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart,
and will glorify Your name forever.
But You, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness and truth.

Here is Caroline!
Our friend Sarah's new baby, Elise Noel.
I sewed this quilt for Samantha for her birthday.
Coloring with Nora.
Group picture at our 4th Annual Tea Party. We had a good turn out!
For the word of God is upright,
And all His work is done in faithfulness.
~Psalm 33:4~
But as for me, the nearness of God is my good;
I have made the Lord God my refuge,
That I may tell of all You works.
